"In 2020, I started Wiseway Advisory with an owl logo, a lot of questions, and a lot of determination. I made it my mission to figure out which businesses were making money and what their 'secret sauces' were. I toiled in the trenches of public accounting—where you see every kind of business imaginable—but at the end of the day, I wanted to come back to real estate, my true love. (Well, that's not technically true, because my first true love was horses, but that's another story!)
Anyway, there's a painful truth in the construction and real estate world: Talented builders and investors are often the last ones to get paid.
